For more than 10 years production of the Doctor Who TV series has been based in Cardiff, the capital of Wales. With its diverse architecture and landscapes Cardiff and South Wales has been a vital component in creating the amazing worlds that the famous Time Lord inhabits.

Our range of private tours featured below allows you to explore these filming locations on a day and time of your choice. If you wish to go to the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff Bay (permanently closes in early September 2017) we can arrange your tour to precede or follow your visit. Accompanied by your own driver plus a knowledgeable Doctor Who guide you will be able to see these locations easily and learn about both Doctor Who as well as Cardiff history.

On each of the tours you’ll learn how the show is made, get trivia about some of the stars from the show. You’ll also have the chance to get out of the vehicle on several occasions, stretch your legs, take pictures and see the locations up-close.

All tours include walking around the city centre and Cardiff Bay to see where many of the filming locations can be found. Who knows if you’re lucky you may even bump into some of the filming taking place. Customer Reviews
