Terms & Conditions

All guests who purchase a tour as arranged by Brit Movie Tours Ltd (referred to from hereon as “Brit Movie Tours”) must agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable/ non- transferable. For some tours we will visit places of interest that have an entry fee which is clearly stated in the tour description. Admission costs are not included in the tour price. No refunds will be given for a missed departure. Brit Movie Tours is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Please provide an emergency contact number e.g. mobile/cell number at the time of booking so that you can be contacted in the unlikely event that tours are delayed or cancelled. If you are delayed or unable to make a tour through circumstances beyond your control, we may offer you an alternative time or date, but only if prior notice is given and at the managements discretion. Any person attempting to gain admission to the vehicle without a valid ticket or proof of purchase may be ejected from the vehicle or its vicinity.

Reselling
No ticket may be resold without the previous written consent of Brit Movie Tours. If Brit Movie Tours reasonably believes that a ticket has been resold without such consent, the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the vehicle without payment of compensation.

Third Party Agent Ticket Sales
Brit Movie Tours may sell tickets as a third party agent. Any events/rides/trips/meals or anything else for which such tickets are sold by Brit Movie Tours (“Third Party Events”) shall be operated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant operator and Brit Movie Tours shall not be liable to any customer, for any loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or as a consequence of the operation of any Third Party Event including, but not being limited to, loss of profit, damage to or loss of property or items belonging to the passenger and any personal injury to the passenger (but only so far as such injury is not caused by Brit Movie Tours negligence).

Tour Departures
Please arrive at the correct departure point no later than 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your booked tour. Seating cannot be reserved and is available on a first come, first serve basis. The bus cannot wait for latecomers.

Smoking
Smoking, eating and drinking alcohol are NOT permitted on the vehicle.

Photography
Video and audio recording on the bus is strictly prohibited. From time to time Brit Movie Tours or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring on or in the vicinity of its tours, which may feature visitors. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that Brit Movie Tours or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Brit Movie Tours or such authorised party (as the case may be).

Children
An adult of at least 16 years of age must accompany children of twelve years of age and under. There are no storage facilities on the vehicles therefore buggies are NOT permitted on board. Due to the length and nature of the tour we do not recommend children under the age of 3 to participate.

Lost Property
Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, BRIT MOVIE TOURS LTD cannot be held responsible for property left on the vehicle. Property found must be collected from 18 St James Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 2TP.

Accident or Loss
We do not accept liability or responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property, delay or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, Accident, Government restrictions or regulations, from an act of omission of any individual traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond its control.

Pets or animals
Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited on any vehicles, (except for guide dogs and hearing dogs) without the express permission of Brit Movie Tours.

Refunds
Refunds are only permitted for the following reasons:

• Low capacity (if an alternative time can not be agreed)
• Bad weather that does not permit the tour to run e.g. snow
• Tour is delayed MORE than four hours
• The tour is partially completed (only 50% in these circumstances)

Tour Changes
While Brit Movie Tours makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather, road conditions, mechanical problems or any other conditions beyond Brit Movie Tours control. Brit Movie Tours is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay. Brit Movie Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tour or stand individuals on the bus. Fares are subject to change without notice.

Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand, tours with a low capacity maybe cancelled without prior notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience or a full refund In the event of road conditions en-route preventing the tour as advertised being operated, every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative route, but Brit Movie Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements. Passengers can claim a full refund, change of date or gift voucher prior to tour commencing, if unhappy with change of routing due to reasons beyond our control (i.e. road closures / marches etc), less any commission paid to agents who would be responsible for repayment of their commission according to their own terms and conditions. Tours may be subject to delays and duration longer than advertised due to traffic conditions, please take this point into consideration when choosing a time slot (especially if you have other arrangements planned).

Locations
Brit Movie Tours visits real-life locations that have been used in the movies and TV shows but does not visit working sets and studios, unless specifically stated.

Mode of Transport
Tours will normally take place on mini coaches. However subject to demand the vehicle type and size may change to help ensure a tour can be carried out.

General Disclaimer
Our tours are not authorized or endorsed by any of the movies or TV shows featured on this site or on our tours. We are in no way affiliated with their respective studios, authors or publishers.

General Conditions
We may at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their behaviour offensive, dangerous or a nuisance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability. Full conditions of carriage are available on request via email by typing “Conditions of Carriage” in the subject box.

All matters concerning this booking shall be subject to English Law. Whilst we proof read our web site and any promotional literature you receive several times prior to publishing, we cannot be held liable for typographical errors regarding pricing, dates or descriptions of tours. All errors and omissions will be remedied as soon as noted.
