If you are looking for a delightful way to end your day in Oxford then visiting and enjoying a drink in some of the historic riverside pubs frequented by the city’s most famous detective is a great way.
The pubs of Oxford are very much a feature of the storylines of Inspector Morse, Lewis and Endeavour and visiting these ancient drinking institutions is a great way to experience the very fabric of the city of dreaming spires.
This non-guided 3 hour excursion by mini coach is a perfect complement to the Inspector Morse, Lewis and Endeavour Walking Tour.
Departing from central Oxford the 3 hour Inspector Morse Oxford Pub excursion includes a visit to 3 iconic, picturesque and historic pubs located on the outskirts of North Oxford and have all been featured in the Inspector Morse TV series.
At each pub you will get approx 40 minutes to enjoy the food and drink on offer and soak up the atmosphere whilst your driver waits for you.
At the beginning of the excursion you will receive a downloadable DIY self-guided leaflet which has information about each of the pubs visited on the trip.
The tour will end back in the centre of Oxford.
