    • Why should I take a Brit Movie Tours tour?

    • What is your cancellation policy?

      Brit Movie Tours operates a 24 hour cancellation policy across most tours. Do however check at the point of booking if this varies.

    • Is this tour worth it if I’ve already explored the area visited on the tour?

      Absolutely. Even if you know the area you will be visiting well, seeing it through the lens of famous films and TV shows offers a completely different perspective. Many guests tell us they’ve walked past these locations for years without realising their connection to iconic scenes.

    • Will I recognise the filming locations?

      Yes. Many of the locations are instantly recognisable from the screen. Your guide will also show comparison images from the films or TV shows so you can clearly see how the locations were used on screen.

    • Do I need to be a huge fan of the films or shows?

      Not at all. While fans will love spotting the locations, the tours are also packed with fascinating behind the scenes stories, film trivia and interesting London history that everyone can enjoy.

    • Can we book a private version of the tour?

      Yes for all of our tours. Private tours are available for families, groups and special occasions and offer a more personalised experience with your own guide. Contact us if you have any specific questions.

    • Can we show our tickets on a mobile phone without presenting a printed copy, as we do not have access to a printer?

      Yes. The guide will also have your name on their tour guest list.

       

    • Should I tip the guide or driver after the tour?

      In the UK, tips are not required.  However, any donations are gratefully received!

    • Can I take my pets/animals on board?

      Pets or animals of any nature are not permitted on board any of our tour vehicles except for guide dogs or hearing dogs.

      Guide dogs and hearing dogs must be allocated a seat on board any vehicle tour (free of charge) so please email or call our booking office on 0844 2471 007 to arrange this. Our tours are very popular at peak times, so we advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

    • Are you wheelchair accessible?

      Unfortunately not.  Our public walking tours have steps, cobbles and other obstacles which would make it impossible for wheelchairs to access.  In addition, on the public Harry Potter and James Bond Walking Tours of London, there is a short journey required on public transport in Zone 1.  On the public coach tours the vehicles we use are not designed for disabled access, although we do have space to store walkers, buggies and collapsible wheelchairs.  However, we are very happy to arrange private tours for anyone with impaired mobility subject to advance notice and exact requirements. Please email or call our booking office on 0844 2471 007 to arrange this.

    • Do I get a ticket sent to me?

      We do not issue tickets. You will be given a reference number and this is all you require to board or join a tour.  If you book on-line, your reference number will appear on your confirmation email which can be printed out once your booking has been confirmed.
