Become a Mystery Shopper for Brit Movie Tours

Do you enjoy TV, film, and sightseeing? Brit Movie Tours is looking for reliable mystery shoppers to secretly review our wide range of guided tours across the UK.

As a mystery shopper, you’ll be asked to book a tour anonymously, join the group as a regular paying customer, and carefully observe your experience from start to finish. We’ll provide you with a checklist of what to look out for, including:

• The ease of booking online and clarity of pre-tour information

• Punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of the guide

• Quality of the commentary and accuracy of film/TV references

• Group management, friendliness, and customer service

• Value for money and overall enjoyment of the tour

After the tour, you’ll complete a short online report sharing your honest feedback. Your insights help us maintain high standards and continually improve the Brit Movie Tours experience for all our customers.

This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy exploring new places and have a keen eye for service quality. You’ll receive a reimbursement for the tour ticket and, in some cases, travel expenses.
