When booking a tour with Brit Movie Tours, you have the option to add Trip Protection at checkout.
Trip Protection gives you extra flexibility if your plans change and allows you to cancel your booking for a refund, subject to the terms below.
This option must be selected during the booking process and cannot be added after the booking has been confirmed.
If Trip Protection is selected at the time of booking, you may cancel your tour booking and receive a refund if you are unable to attend.
This option provides additional flexibility beyond our standard cancellation terms.
Trip Protection:
• must be purchased at the time of booking
• cannot be added after a booking has been confirmed
• is non-refundable once purchased
• applies only to the booking it was purchased for
Some of our tours require tickets to be purchased in advance, which are non-refundable.
For example, Downton Abbey tours include pre-purchased entry tickets to Highclere Castle.
If Trip Protection has not been selected at the time of booking, cancellations for these tours may not be refundable as these tickets cannot be returned.
If Trip Protection is not selected during the booking process, your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation policy, which is outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
