Mercedes V-Class (MPV)

– The group/family option — roomy, flexible seating for up to 7 passengers.

– Luggage: up to 5 large bags + 4 hand luggage.

– Perfect for families, larger groups, or day trips.

– Standard amenities: bottled water, Wi-Fi, charging, and full flexibility for special requests.

Your driver will arrive at the designated meeting point approximately 60 minutes after your flight has landed and will wait for up to 30 minutes. If you do not arrive within this time, a waiting charge of £0.40 per minute will apply. Any additional parking charges incurred due to delays will also be payable.

All quoted rates are based on transfers within Central London. Journeys to or from locations outside this area will incur additional charges.

For airport departures, your driver will wait for up to 20 minutes outside your accommodation from the agreed pick-up time. Waiting beyond this will be chargeable.

All children are counted as full passengers. Children under 135 cm in height require a safety seat, which must be requested at the time of booking along with the child’s height in centimetres.

Hotel postcodes included in Central London area for this service are WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, SE1, N1, SW1, SW6, SW7, W1, W2, W4, W3, W6, W8, NW1, NW3, NW6, NW8.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and to cover scheduling commitments, the following cancellation fees apply:

Standard Bookings (Airport Transfers, Point-to-Point, Hourly Hire)

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total booking fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the total booking fee.
• In the event of a no-show (where the passenger does not arrive without prior cancellation), the full fare will be charged.

Full-Day or Multi-Day Bookings

• More than 72 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the total booking fee.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the total booking fee.
• In the event of a no-show (where the passenger does not arrive without prior cancellation), the full fare will be charged.
