Come and see what’s occurring in Barry Island on the Official Gavin and Stacey Tour. The tour, which has been approved by co-creator Ruth Jones and the Vale of Glamorgan council, is the best way to see the sites which are located around Barry and the surrounding areas.

If you are driving to Barry Island, there are two car parks close to the meeting point. The nearest and easiest to find is Nell’s Point Car Park (postcode: CF62 5TJ), which is close to Barry Island Station. Another nearby option is Harbour Road Car Park (postcode: CF62 5TH).
Travelling by Train
Barry Island can easily be reached by train. To save money, we recommend booking your tickets in advance through trainline.
Luggage Storage
Please note there is no room on Dave’s coach to store baby buggies, prams, wheelchairs or large cases. If you need somewhere to leave your bags, we recommend using Bounce for convenient luggage storage options nearby.
Is the tour accessible?
– This guided tour is not accessible for wheelchair users or parents with prams or buggies due to the uneven surfaces on the route. British Sign Language is not provided on the tour.
