    The Midsomer Murders Tour from Oxford or London with Private Guide is a great way to enjoy the scenery and attractions of the fictional county of Midsomer. You will have your own expert local guide picking up and dropping you off at a location of your choice. Another benefit is that you will have plenty of time and personal attention to enjoy the day.

    Your day will start by being picked up at either London, Beaconsfield or Oxford by your personal driver guide. You will then be driven in the comfort of your own vehicle to numerous locations from the show.

    The day will include a visit to the English counties of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. There will be many choice to stop and get out of the car in filming locations throughout the Cotswolds and the Chilterns.

    The tour lasts approximately 9 hours and there will be many Instagrammable photo opportunities. From thatched cottages to old pub and Norman churches this tour is crammed with picture postcard spots.

    You’ll have several options on where you can take lunch with a plethora of amazing pubs and pub food on offer.

    Meet your personal driver guide at your chosen pickup point in London, Beaconsfield or Oxford before setting off on a journey into the picturesque countryside that forms the fictional county of Midsomer.

    Your first stop takes you to a traditional English market town that frequently appears in the series as one of Midsomer’s charming village centres. Here you’ll see familiar streets, market squares and historic buildings that have appeared in several episodes.

    – This guided tour is not accessible for wheelchair users or parents with prams or buggies due to the uneven surfaces on the route. British Sign Language is not provided on the tour.

    Do children need to be accompanied?
    – All people under 18 (i.e. 17 years old and younger) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on all tours

    Is the tour suitable for children?
    – Yes as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 can either sit on the parent’s lap or require a own booster seat.
